Grace is a litigator with expertise in constitutional and administrative law.
Prior to joining Evergreen Legal, Grace served in the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel. Before that, she litigated in federal and state courts of all levels as a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate Practice Group of O'Melveny & Myers, LLP, and clerked for Judge Randolph Moss on the District Court for the District of Columbia and Judge Pamela Harris on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Grace earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law and her B.A. from Duke University. She lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and two (small, weird) dogs.
